Pipzard AI offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Expert Advisor purchases, beginning from the date of purchase. This policy is designed to give you confidence when trying our software, while remaining fair and transparent about what a refund covers.
We separate refund requests into two categories: issues caused by the product itself, and requests made simply because a customer changed their mind or did not achieve the outcome they hoped for. Each category is handled differently, as outlined below.
Full Refund 100% Refund
If you experience a genuine issue with the product itself, or face difficulty during setup or operation of your Expert Advisor that our support team is unable to resolve, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 7 days of purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The software fails to install or run correctly on a supported platform
- Technical defects, errors, or malfunctions within the EA itself
- Setup or configuration issues that our support team could not resolve
- Any other verified issue that prevents the product from functioning as intended
Partial Refund 20% Refund
If your Expert Advisor is installed and running correctly, with no technical faults, and you would still like a refund because your trading results did not meet your personal expectations, a 20% refund will be processed.
Pipzard AI is a software provider, not a financial advisor or investment manager. As disclosed in our Terms of Service, trading outcomes are influenced by market conditions, broker execution, account settings, and many other factors outside our control. No financial product or trading tool — automated or otherwise — can guarantee a specific outcome, and we do not represent that ours does.
For this reason, requests made solely because desired results were not achieved, where the software itself is confirmed to be functioning correctly, are eligible for a 20% refund rather than a full refund.
Requesting Your Refund
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure every customer is treated fairly. To submit a request, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to support@pipzard.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request — for example, a technical issue faced during setup, or a request based on trading performance.
- Submit your appeal along with any relevant details (screenshots, error messages, or account information) that help our team review your case accurately.
Review & Processing Time
Once your request and appeal have been received, our team will review the details and, where applicable, work with you first to resolve any technical or setup issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligibility Conditions
To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable for all customers, the following conditions apply:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Requests must be submitted via email to support@pipzard.com with a clear explanation of the issue
- Customers are expected to engage with our support team where a technical issue may be resolvable
- Repeated or purchase of the same product for the purpose of misusing this guarantee is not covered
